Santa Cruz Church

This modern church came came about in 1957 in the city centre of Ibiza to provide pastoral care to the peripheral area. It is is built in an area called S'Hort des Bisbe (the bishop's orchard) and partly by means of public subscription.

This church respects the interiors of Ibizan churches with five half barrel arches, even though its exterior is modern and does not respect traditional norms of whitewashed walls and lacks a porch.

The parish festival is held on December 14th, the Feast of the Cross.
